1. Delivery Options

Standard Delivery: Available for all locations in the United States, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 5-10 business days.
Express Delivery: Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee. Contact us for pricing and availability.
In-Store Pickup: Customers in the Micanopy, Florida area can opt to pick up their orders at our store at 7100 NW 210th St, Micanopy, FL, free of charge.

2. Shipping Fees

Delivery charges are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The exact fee will be displayed at checkout.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress.

4. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us immediately at info@alpharapic.com or call (352) 591-0667. Include photos of any damage for a quick resolution.

5. Delivery Limitations

We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
