Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Alpharapic. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you’ve received, we are here to help. Please read our Return Policy carefully to ensure you are fully informed about our process for returning items.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most items within 30 days from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in new, unused, and resalable condition.
  • The item must be in the original packaging, including any tags, labels, or accessories that were included.
  • The item must not have been used, altered, or damaged.
  • If the product is defective, damaged, or an error was made during the fulfillment process, please contact us immediately.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Clearance items or items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Personalized or custom-made products

2. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@alpharapic.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide the following information:
    • Your order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return (if applicable)
    • A photo of the item(s) if they are damaged or defective
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Return Shipping: After receiving your RA number, carefully package the item(s) for return. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the item(s) are returned safely. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item is defective.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note the following:

  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item received).
  • In the case of an exchange, we will process your new order once the returned item is received.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will guide you through the process of either receiving a replacement or obtaining a full refund.

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the damaged or defective item.
  • Provide a photo or video showing the damage or defect.
  • We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or damaged products.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the item you want. Exchanges are subject to product availability.


6. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of an error by Alpharapic (e.g., we sent the wrong item or the item is defective).

How to return your item:

  • Please package the item securely and use a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping your tracking number until the return is processed.
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return shipping.

7. International Returns

If you are returning an item from outside the United States, you are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Customs fees, duties, and taxes may also apply to international returns, and these are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact our customer service team for further details.
